CloserReel is a product of Chris Castle, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your use of CloserReel. By connecting CloserReel to your Close account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
CloserReel connects to your Close CRM account via an API key you provide and automatically generates a personalized AI avatar video for a lead when it reaches a configured trigger status, then delivers that video to the lead record in Close as a Note activity.
You must connect CloserReel using a Close API key you are authorized to generate and use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the trigger configuration and avatar assignments your organization sets up, and for ensuring the sales reps whose likeness and voice are used have consented to that use.
CloserReel is billed monthly per Close account via Stripe, at the rate for your selected plan. New subscriptions include a free trial (3 videos). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Monthly video usage resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds.
You may not use CloserReel to generate videos containing unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, or to depict any avatar as a real person who has not consented to that likeness being used. You may not attempt to exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or abusive means, or interfere with the operation of the service for other customers.
Sales rep avatars are selected by the rep or an admin from a curated library, and video rendering is performed by our third-party video-generation provider under their own usage terms. You own the generated video content associated with your leads, subject to the underlying rights of the avatar and voice used. CloserReel does not claim ownership of any script or video generated for your account.
CloserReel depends on Close, OpenAI, HeyGen, and Stripe to function. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity around them.
CloserReel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every generated script or video will be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloserReel and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using CloserReel at any time by disconnecting your Close account from the dashboard, which immediately deletes your stored API key and the registered webhook. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
